Intermezzo Pizzeria, situated between Plaza-Midwood and Uptown Charlotte, opened in 2007, when brothers Branko and Djordje Avramovic wanted to bring their grandmother’s Serbian family recipes and 20 plus years of combined restaurant experience to Charlotte.
It is a European-style café proudly serving pizzas with handmade dough and
mozzarella, savory traditional Serbian dishes, and
specialty martinis and craft beers. Only the freshest ingredients are used in the restaurant- no freezers or microwaves.
The warm, welcome interior makes it a great place for a family dinner, the ample martini list and attentive staff make it a wonderful place for an intimate date, and the a great view of the Charlotte skyline on the outside patio makes it the perfect setting to host your party or relax with an acquaintance.
